*respect for the people that you work with is a given; we see them on daily basis and much of our own success is based on the overall team
3) We shall advocate for equal access to high quality services and supports for all children and families to enhance their quality of lives.
*I have just recently learned the importance of advocacy and more importantly ways in which I can be more active but advocacy is necessary to further our field
